1959年毕业于圣彼得堡大学化学系;1959-62年工作于中国科学院化学所;1962年至今于湖南大学任教。1981年任教授,1983年任博士导师,1991年当选中科院学部委员(院士)。1993-99年任湖南大学校长。现任国际化学计量学学会期刊《Journal of Chemometrics》编辑、国际分析化学期刊《Analytica Chimica Acta》顾问编委,及《化学传感器》主编。曾任英国皇家化学会期刊“Analyst”地区顾问编委及《高等学校化学学报》副主编。先后获国家自然科学二等、三等奖;教育部自然科学一等奖;省科技进步一等奖、光召科技奖与科学技术杰出贡献奖等。 

英文简介

Ruqin Yu is currently a full professor of Chemistry at Hunan University. He received his high education at Sankt-Petersburg State University (Leningrad State University) in the 1950s. Thereafter, he worked at Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences for three years. In 1962, he joined the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Hunan University. He was promoted to be professor in 1981 and academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1991. His research interests include bioanalytical chemistry, biosensors and chemometrics. He published a hundred of theses in the important academic periodical at home and abroad. Because of his contributes in analytical chemistry, he has won the National Natural Science Awards twice, the first prize of the Ministry of Education Natural Science Award once, and the Outstanding Contribution in Science & Technology Award of Hunan province.
