王太宏
教授,博士生导师 国家杰出青年基金获得者                                    

    男,1966年11月生,1999年国家杰出青年基金获得者,2005年度教育部“长江学者”特聘教授,1998年中科院“百人计划”入选者,国家985工程湖南大学“化学与生物传感器”平台首席科学家,享受2006年国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴,973项目“微纳生物医学传感器及超敏感探测相关基础研究”首席科学家,2008年“基于准一维纳米结构的功能器件”获教育部自然科学一等奖。1988年以来,一直从事微纳加工技术和超敏感探测研究,研制出了对电荷超敏感的库仑计(可探测万分之一的电子电荷),可用作量子信息放大的射频单电子晶体管(灵敏度已达1.5×10-5 e /(Hz)1/2),响应快(1秒)、灵敏度高(对10ppm 的硫化氢达10万)和选择性好(对其它气体的灵敏度不大于3) 的气体传感器,可重复、准确检测禽流感H1、H5、H9的突发疾病现场检测仪。申请了57项专利(已授权50项),在应用物理研究最权威的期刊Appl. Phys. Lett.上就发表了70多篇的高水平论文。负责承担了17个国家研究项目和两个重大横向研究项目。培养了30多名博士研究生,获全国百篇优秀博士论文1篇,中科院院长特别奖1人。
