1965年出生。1987年本科毕业于湖南大学化学化工学院。1990年于湖南大学化学化工学院获硕士学位。1997年于湖南大学化学化工学院获博士学位。1990年起于湖南大学化学化工学院工作。1998-1999年于美国State University of New York at Buffalo从事博士后研究, 1999-2001年于美国Boston College从事博士后研究。2001年起任湖南大学化学化工学院教授,2007年被聘为湖南省芙蓉学者计划特聘教授。主要研究领域为电分析化学。SCI收录论文200余篇。入选爱思唯尔2014年、2015年、2016年中国高被引学者榜单。曾获教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”(2004)、湖南省杰出青年基金(2004)等。 
Born in 1965, graduated from College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Hunan University in 1987, obtained Ph. D degree from Hunan University in 1997. Professor of Chemistry. Special Invited Professor of Fu-Rong Scholars Program in Hunan Province. The research interest is Electroanalytical Chemistry. published more than 200 papers. Most Cited Chinese Researchers (Elsevier) in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Winner of the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University (2004), the Natural Science Fund of Hunan Province for Distinguished Young Scholars (2004), etc.
